Villa Details

Our villa has been furnished to make a lovely relaxing home from home but only 15 minutes away is the magical Disney area. At the back of our villa is a large pool and decking area, useful if different age guests are wanting a dip in the pool while others relax, or those who are sun seekers in the Florida sun.

Once inside this is what greets you! A very spacious and light lounge/diner stretching from the front of the property to the rear where it overlooks the swimming pool area. To the right is the kitchen nook and access to the sleeping areas The lounge has two, large settees, coffee tables and a cable television with DVD Player.
It has a window looking out on to the swimming pool and decking area. The dining area has a table and chairs which will comfortably seat six people. To the right of the lounge is the breakfast nook with another table and chairs for four people and access to the kitchen. Patio doors lead from this area to the swimming pool and decking area The kitchen has all the modern amenities: Electric cooker; Dishwasher; 'Fridge/Freezer with ice maker; Coffee Maker; Toaster; Microwave Oven; Juice Extractor and Waste Disposal System. In the cupboards are all the utensils and crockery you will need plus linen etc.

Through the archway is the access to the bathrooms, bedrooms and garage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a dressing table and bedside cabinets and a large closet. There is also a cable television.
Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool decking area. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom This is the master bedroom's en-suite bathroom.

Very spacious and luxurious with twin vanity units, full bath tub, walk-in shower and toilet. The master bathroom also contains a large walk-in closet containing all your linen requirements. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. It has a dressing table and bedside tables with cable television and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with one single on top and a double below and it also has a single bed. It has a dressing table and a bedside table with cable television and a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms and has a vanity unit, toilet and a bath/shower A large fully screened and heated swimming pool - All to yourself!

All the patio furniture you will need. Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool area in the evening. Sunshine is almost guaranteed in Florida, so make the most of it here at our swimming pool.
