This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is in the heart of Kissimmee is the perfect vacation home for your family to enjoy.

Executive Villa in the quiet and prestigious Windward Cay development.

The property is fully air-conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen recently refurbished with granite worktop. with a large ensuite for the main bedroom which also has a King size bed. Sleeps 6.

We offer a great home with a great service and have many repeat guests.

OUTSIDE: - Driveway, for parking.

We are close to US192 at Marker 14 in the much sought after `Windward Cay` with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The Villa is approximately 10 minutes from Disney, The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan, giving the villa that spacious feeling.

There is a fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast table & chairs, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit. We have a full size automatic washer and tumble dryer located in the hallway, for you to use at your convenienceWe also provide ironing facilities.

Additional facilities for babies can be arranged ready for your arrival.

Our master bedroom with a `king size bed` is a delight, just like our Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and our second guest bedroom with twin beds, all three bedrooms are tastefully decorated. TV in all bedrooms.

Our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has its own private screened pool, much needed for those rest days or relaxing evenings after a fulfilled day at the local Disney parks. Some shade will be found under the Lani when sitting and chatting or dinning out doors and as the sun moves around the pool deck for young children and those who are not sun seekers but like the warmth of the Florida sun.

Our privet villa backs on to a large garden area. Pool toys are located in the garage area.
