Our 4 bedroom villa accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with additional family room and patio doors leading to the pool deck - just perfect for those al-fresco dining and relaxing Florida evenings.

‍Our fully fitted kitchen is complete with breakfast table & chairs, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, side by side fridge/freezer with built in water dispenser and waste disposal unit.,accommodation comprises of a open plan lounge/dining room, There is a fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast table & chairs, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit and patio doors leading to the pool deck - perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing in the sun.

BEDROOMS:Master - The large master bedroom has a Queen size bed with side units, large set of drawers and a dresser. There is a large walk-in closet with ample space for hanging your clothes.  There is also a safe located in the master closet for your use at no additional cost. En-suite bathroom. There are sliding doors giving access to the pool area.  
‍Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, closet,  2 bedside cabinets and dresser.
‍Bedroom 3-  'Mickeys room' consists of 1 twin bed & a triple bunk, Closet and set of drawers.  
‍Bedroom 4 - ‘Minions room’ a triple bunk, closet and set of drawers. All 3 bedrooms share the second bathroom. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with pool access. Two further bedrooms are located upstairs (1 with a set of bunk beds & 1 twin bed) &(1 with Queen bed), share the second bathroom.

We provide a full size top loader washing machine and a full size tumble dryer, iron and ironing board which are located in a room which has a door for access leading into the garage.    
Additional facilities include, flat screen smart  TV’s in the lounge and family room. Flat screen smart TV’s in all 4 bedrooms. PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 4 with a few games,  Hair dryer, towels, bed linen, lighting around pool area. Free WIFI. Free local telephone calls.

‍POOL: - Our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has its own private South facing screened pool, backing onto a wooded conservation area where you will be sure to see the Florida wild life at work. The pool is oval shaped with steps leading into the shallow end with a newly fitted hand rail. There is a ledge at the deep end of the pool for sitting on.  The underwater Pool Light means you can swim at whatever time of day or night you want. Great after a day at the parks or tired out shopping! Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool deck in the evening. All doors leading onto the pool deck are alarmed. Pool heat is available on request.
